Václav Havel Airport is the main airport in Prague located 15 km from the city center. It is very easy to travel from the airport and get to your desired location.
By bus: You can take one of the local buses that take you to the nearest metro station in less than 15 minutes. The ticket can be purchased right in front of the arrival hall in one of the ticket machines. Bus number 119 takes you to Veleslavín station where you can change to metro Line A going to the center and only costs you 24 CZK. You can get more information at the airport.
Another option is Airport Express bus which takes you to the main train station every 15/30 minutes and costs 60 CZK. The overall trip takes around 35 minutes.
If you want to travel outside Prague by train, you can get to the main station by any public transport, depending on where you are traveling from. The most common ones would be metro, bus or a tram.
